Objective To analyze the effect of oxytocin combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of bleeding patients after Caesarean section. Methods 48 patients with bleeding after Caesarean section were selected from March 2021 to March 2022. They were divided into two groups by random number table. The patients who received oxytocin treatment were classified as the reference group, and the patients who received oxytocin Misoprostol treatment were classified as the experimental group, with 24 cases in each group. Evaluate the therapeutic effects of both groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the postoperative bleeding volume, 2-hour postoperative bleeding volume, and 24-hour postoperative bleeding volume of experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05). The recovery time of uterine contractions was significantly shorter in the experimental group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). The quality of life was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of oxytocin combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of bleeding patients after Caesarean section is satisfactory. This treatment method can be promoted in clinical practice.
