优质护理服务在泌尿外科术后置入双J管中的应用效果

摘要	探索优质护理服务应用到此次疾病手术后置管中产生的作用。方法研究时间：2018年3月-2020年4月。研究对象：泌尿外科术后置入双J管患者。研究案例：八十六例。分组方式：随机数表方式。分组内容：对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取优质护理。研究目的：对比两组护理后并发症、疼痛情况。结果观察组患者的疼痛感明显低于对照组患者，且观察组患者的并发症发生率为9.3%，对照组患者的并发症发生率为20.93%，组间数据差异较大，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理服务在泌尿外科术后置入双J管中能够有效的缓解患者的疼痛感状态，减轻患者的痛苦，同时患者的并发症明显的减少，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service applied to catheterization after surgery for this disease. Methods Research period: March 2018 - April 2020. Subjects: Patients with double J tube implantation after urological surgery. Study case: 86 cases. Group mode: random number table mode. Group contents: control group received routine nursing and observation group received high quality nursing. Research objective: To compare the postoperative complications and pain between the two groups. Results The pain sensation of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the complication rate of the observation group was 9.3%, and that of the control group was 20.93%, the data difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing service can effectively relieve the pain of patients after urological surgery by inserting double J tube, reduce the pain of patients, and significantly reduce the complications of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
