摘要	分析责任制整体护理在呼吸内科并发糖尿病护理服务中的应用效果。方法以我院于2022年3月～2022年12月收治的76例呼吸内科并发糖尿病患者为研究对象，经双盲法分为对照组（n=38）和观察组（n=38），分别实施常规护理与责任制整体护理，对比两组应用效果。结果观察组Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均低于对照组，生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）各项评分与护理满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论责任制整体护理可有效缓解呼吸内科并发糖尿病患者的负性情绪，提高其生活质量与护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of responsibility system of holistic nursing in nursing care of respiratory medicine department complicated with diabetes. Methods 76 patients of respiratory medicine department complicated with diabetes admitted in our hospital from March 2022 to December 2022 were studied. They were divided into a control group (n=38) and an observation group (n=38) by double blind method. Routine nursing care and responsibility system based holistic nursing care were carried out respectively, and the application effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of GQOLI-74 and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The responsibility system of holistic nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with respiratory medicine department complicated with diabetes, and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
