摘要	观察在对脑出血患者护理中开展整体护理干预的作用。方法选择2021年5月至2022年11月本院收治脑出血患者68例为对象，数字表随机均分对照组（34例，开展常规护理）和观察组（34例，开展整体护理）。评估患者恢复情况以及并发症发生率。结果对比两组引流量、住院时间、手术时间，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。分析患者生活质量，观察组高于对照组，并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对脑出血患者进行围术期护理中开展整体护理干预，可以提升患者术期生活质量，降低并发症发生率，有利于患者恢复，缩短住院时间。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing intervention in the care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 68 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group (34 cases, carrying out routine nursing) and the observation group (34 cases, carrying out holistic nursing). Assess the recovery of patients and the incidence of complications. Results Compared with the volume of drainage, hospital stay and operation time of the two groups, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention in the perioperative care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the quality of life of patients during the operation, reduce the incidence of complications, facilitate the recovery of patients, and shorten the hospital stay.
