刮痧联合情志护理对乳房良性肿块术前睡眠质量影响探讨

摘要	评价刮痧联合情志护理对乳腺良性肿块患者术前睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2022年2月~2023年2月行乳腺良性肿块切除术患者80例，采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为实验组和对照组，每组40例。实验组患者给予术前刮痧结合情志护理，对照组患者采用常规护理。在手术前1d对患者进行睡眠质量调查。并在患者出院时调查患者的护理满意度。结果手术前1d实验组的睡眠质量优于对照组患者，p＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。实验组患者满意度高于对照组，p＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论刮痧联合情志护理可以改善乳房良性肿块患者的睡眠质量，提高患者的护理满意度，值得应用。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the effect of Guasha combined with emotional nursing on preoperative sleep quality in patients with benign breast mass. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent benign breast mass excision from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected, and the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was given preoperative Guasha combined with emotional care, and the control group was given routine care. Sleep quality was surveyed 1 day before surgery. The nursing satisfaction of patients was investigated at the time of discharge. Results About 1 day before surgery, the sleep quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, p < 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Guasha combined with emotional nursing can improve the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with benign breast mass, which is worthy of application.
