护理干预对慢性肝病患者心理状态的影响效果研究

摘要	分析护理干预用于慢性肝病中对改善病人心理状态的作用。方法对2021年2月-2023年1月本科接诊慢性肝病病人（n=94）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各47人，前者采取护理干预，后者行常规护理。对比SDS评分等指标。结果关于SDS和SAS评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（31.25±3.06）分、（32.62±3.41）分，和对照组数据（44.72±4.95）分、（45.83±5.16）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度这个指标：试验组数据97.87%，和对照组数据82.98%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论慢性肝病用护理干预，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，满意度改善更加明显。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on improving the psychological state of patients with chronic liver disease. Methods Chronic liver disease patients (n=94) who received undergraduate treatment from February 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into 47 patients in experimental and control group respectively. The former received nursing intervention and the latter received routine nursing. SDS score and other indicators were compared. Results At the end of intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS were (31.25±3.06) points and (32.62±3.41) points in the experimental group, which were lower than those in the control group (44.72±4.95) points and (45.83±5.16) points (P < 0.05). As for the satisfaction index, the data of the experimental group was 97.87%, which was higher than that of the control group, 82.98% (P < 0.05). Conclusion Chronic liver disease with nursing intervention, negative emotion relief is more rapid, and satisfaction improvement is more obvious.
