摘要	研究阶梯式全程护理干预用于病毒性脑膜炎患者的效果。方法纳入2022年收治的78例病毒性脑膜炎患者。常规干预组，39例行常规护理干预。阶梯式全程护理干预组，39例行阶梯式全程护理干预。观察效果。结果干预12d后，阶梯式全程护理干预组的生活质量评分、护理满意率，对比常规干预组[（78.69±3.44）分对比（67.84±2.06）分；91.87%对比79.49%]，均更高，p＜0.05。阶梯式全程护理干预组的体温恢复正常时间、肢体和意识障碍恢复时间、住院时间，对比常规干预组[（2.57±0.14）d对比（3.91±0.45）d；（6.88±1.04）d对比（9.63±2.16）d；（13.28±1.05）d对比（16.89±2.24）d]，均更短，p＜0.05。阶梯式全程护理干预组的并发症发生率，对比常规干预组（5.12%对比20.49%）更低，p＜0.05。结论阶梯式全程护理干预病毒性脑膜炎患者，患者病情控制、预后情况均越好。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of stepped whole-process care intervention in patients with viral meningitis. Methods 78 cases of viral meningitis admitted in 2022 were included. Routine intervention group: 39 patients received routine nursing interventions. Stepped whole-process care intervention group: 39 patients received routine stepped whole-process care intervention. Observe the effect. Results After 12 days of intervention, the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction rate of the stepped whole-process care intervention group were higher than those of the routine intervention group [(78.69±3.44) points versus (67.84±2.06) points; 91.87% versus 79.49%], p < 0.05. The temperature recovery time, limb and consciousness disorder recovery time and hospital stay of the stepped whole-process care intervention group were shorter than those of the routine intervention group [(2.57±0.14) d versus (3.91±0.45) d; (6.88±1.04) d versus (9.63±2.16) d; (13.28±1.05) d versus (16.89±2.24) d], p < 0.05. The incidence of complications in the stepped whole-process care intervention group was lower than that in the routine intervention group (5.12% vs. 20.49%), p < 0.05. Conclusion The stepped whole-process care intervention in patients with viral meningitis has better condition control and prognosis.
