风险分级护理对ICU住院患者失禁性皮炎及压力性损伤的预防效果

摘要	分析风险分级护理用于ICU住院病人中对预防失禁性皮炎和压力性损伤的作用。方法对2022年8月-2023年1月本院ICU接诊住院病人（n=118）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各94人，前者采取风险分级护理，后者行常规护理。对比失禁性皮炎发生率等指标。结果关于失禁性皮炎与压力性损伤发生率这两个指标：试验组数据分别是11.86%、3.39%，和对照组数据44.07%、16.95%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于ICU住院时间：试验组数据比对照组短（P＜0.05）。至于护理满意度评价，结果可见试验组高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 ICU住院病人用风险分级护理，失禁性皮炎和压力性损伤发生率都更低，ICU住院时间更短。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of risk grading care nursing on the prevention of incontinence dermatitis and stress injury in hospitalized ICU patients. Methods The hospitalized patients (n=118) admitted to ICU in our hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into 94 patients in the test and 94 in the control group. The former received risk grading nursing, and the latter received routine nursing. The incidence of incontinence dermatitis and other indicators were compared. Results The incidence of incontinence dermatitis and stress injury were 11.86% and 3.39% in the test group, and 44.07% and 16.95% in the control group (P < 0.05). Length of ICU stay in the test group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). As for the evaluation of nursing satisfaction, the results showed that the test group was better than the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Risk grading care in ICU patients is associated with lower incidence of incontinence dermatitis and stress injury, and shorter length of ICU stay.
