老年糖尿病护理过程中应用护患沟通的临床效果观察

| 摘要 |
对老年糖尿病护理过程中采用护患沟通的临床效果进行分析。方法 本次研究于2019年2月开始，于2021年2月结束，以在研究时间内本院接收的老年糖尿病患者共80例作为研究对象展开研究。为了更好的提升研究内容的准确性，将对80例患者进行分组探讨，按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例，在研究过程中分别针对两组患者采用不同的护理方式，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组患者的基础上加强护患沟通，最终采用统计学软件对两组患者抑郁及焦虑心理状态和护理满意度进行对比。结果 对比两组患者的焦虑和抑郁心理状态的变化后发现，观察组患者护理后的各项状态明显优于对照组，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）；同时观察组患者的护理满意度为97.50%，对照组患者的护理满意度为82.50%，观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 给老年糖尿病患者在护理过程中加强护患沟通可以有效的改善患者的心理状态，同时提升患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广及应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of nurse-patient communication in the nursing process of elderly diabetes. Methods: The study started in February 2019 and ended in February 2021. A total of 80 elderly diabetic patients accepted by our hospital during the study period were used as the research objects. In order to better improve the accuracy of the research content, 80 patients will be divided into groups for discussion, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. Each group has 40 cases. During the research process, different groups are used for the two groups of patients. The control group adopts conventional nursing care, and the observation group strengthens nurse-patient communication on the basis of the control group. Finally, statistical software is used to compare the depression and anxiety mental state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results: Comparing the changes in the anxiety and depression mental states of the two groups of patients, it was found that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in their various states after care, and the difference met the statistical significance criteria (P<0.05); at the same time, the observation group patients The nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the control group was 97.50%, and the nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the control group was 82.50%. The nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Strengthening nurse-patient communication for elderly diabetic patients in the nursing process can effectively improve the patients psychological state and at the same time enhance the patients nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
