Objective To analyze the value of high quality nursing in total hysterectomy for adenomyosis. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022, 80 patients (n=80) with adenomyosis undergoing total hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 patients in each group. The former received high-quality nursing, while the latter received routine nursing. Compare the anal exhaust time and other indicators. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was (109.47±15.28) ml, which was less than that in the control group (164.29±20.57) ml (P < 0.05). The postoperative ambulation time, anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group were (31.29±4.19) h, (27.25±4.96) h and (5.14±1.09) d, respectively are shorter than those in the control group (66.48±6.72) h, (43.19±6.14) h, (7.42±1.35) d shorter (P < 0.05). For complications, the incidence rate of the experimental group was only 2.5%, which was lower than that of the control group (20.0%) (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: 97.5% in the experimental group, which was higher than 77.5% in the control group (P < 0.05). Nursing dispute: the incidence of experimental group was 0.0%, which was lower than that of control group 10.0% (P < 0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing for total hysterectomy of adenomyosis has a lower incidence of complications, a faster recovery, a more obvious improvement in satisfaction, and a more rapid reduction in the incidence of nursing disputes.
