摘要	探析浅静脉留置针在心内科临床护理中的应用价值。方法在我院心内科接受浅静脉留置针的患者中选取156例，时间：2022年2月~2023年2月，以随机原则分组，合计2组，即对照组（78例）、观察组（78例），分别将常规干预、护理干预给予对照组、观察组，组间干预价值分析。结果经干预，组间不良反应、一次性穿刺成功几率、满意度、负性情绪对比，观察组数值均较对照组优（P<0.05）。结论将护理干预给予浅静脉留置针患者，疗效确切，利于提高一次性穿刺成功几率，减少不良反应，改善负性情绪，提升满意度，可借鉴。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of superficial vein indwelling needle in clinical nursing of cardiology. Methods 156 patients who received superficial vein indwelling needle in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital were selected from February 2022 to February 2023. They were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group (78 cases) and the observation group (78 cases). Routine intervention and nursing intervention were given to the control group and the observation group respectively. The value of intervention between groups was analyzed. Results After intervention, the values of the observation group were better than those of the control group in terms of adverse reactions, one-time puncture success rate, satisfaction and negative emotions (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention given to patients with superficial vein indwelling needle has a definite effect, which is beneficial to improve the success rate of one-time puncture, reduce adverse reactions, improve negative emotions, and enhance satisfaction. It can be used for reference.
