产妇儿手术室护理中常见安全问题及干预方法分析

摘要	研究产妇儿手术室护理中常见安全问题及干预方法。方法于 2022 年 6 月-2022 年 12 月期间随机选取 80 例行剖宫产产妇作为研究对象，分为两组，每组 40 例，设定为对照组与观察组。对照组的 40 例产妇进行手术室常规护理，未实施风险管理。观察组产妇在手术室常规护理基础上开展风险管理。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组产妇的护理满意度明显要高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇的护理质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇的风险事件发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇 SDS 及 SAS 评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论产妇儿手术室护理中存在着较多的不安全因素，产科手术室进行风险管理能够确保母亲安全，大大提高了产科的服务质及家属的满意度，值得广泛应用。
Abstract	Objective to study the common safety problems and intervention methods in the nursing of lying-in women and children in operating room. Methods from June 2022 to December 2022,80 parturients were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 40 in each group, the control group and the Observation Group were set up. The 40 parturients in the control group received routine nursing in the operating room without risk management. In the Observation Group, risk management was carried out on the basis of routine nursing in the operating room. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results the nursing satisfaction degree of parturient in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05) , the nursing quality score of parturient in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05) , the incidence rate of risk events of parturient in the Observation Group was lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05) The scores of SDS and SAS in the Observation Group were lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05) . Conclusion there are many unsafe factors in the nursing of lying-in women and children in the operating room. Risk management in the operating room of obstetrics can ensure the safety of mothers and greatly improve the quality of obstetric service and the satisfaction of family members, it is worthy of wide application.
