摘要	讨论并分析在前列腺炎患者中综合护理干预在患者心理状态及治疗依从性中的价值。方法以随机数字法选取 2022 年 4 月-2023 年 5 月期间来我院进行诊治的 81 例前列腺炎患者为研究对象，以随机分组方式将其分为综合组与基础组，综合组 41 例，基础组 40 例，分别以不同护理方式对两组患者进行干预。最后比较护理效果。结果经比较，综合组患者的护理满意率与治疗依从均高于基础组；护理后综合组患者的心理健康状态评分低于基础组，所有数据对比均有明显差异（P＜0.05）具有统计学意义。结论在前列腺炎患者中综合护理干预具有显著提高护理满意率与治疗依从率，缓解不良情绪的作用，值得临床推广。
Abstract	objective To discuss and analyze the value of integrated care interventions in the psychological state and treatment adherence of patients with prostatitis. Methods A total of 81 patients with prostatitis who came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected by random number method, and they were divided into a comprehensive group and a basic group, with 41 cases in the comprehensive group and 40 cases in the basic group, and the two groups of patients were intervened in different nursing methods. Finally, compare the treatment results. Result In comparison, the nursing satisfaction rate and treatment compliance of patients in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the basic group. The mental health status scores of patients in the post-nursing comprehensive group were lower than those in the basic group, and there were significant differences in all data comparisons (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with prostatitis, comprehensive nursing intervention has the effect of significantly improving nursing satisfaction rate, treatment compliance rate, and alleviating bad emotions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
