老年糖尿病患者的社区护理干预与健康教育分析与探讨

摘要	分析与探讨老年糖尿病患者实施社区护理干预与健康教育应用效果。方法取 2021 年 9 月~2022 年 11 月我院收治的老年糖尿病患者，随机分为两组，对照组 45 例应用常规护理方法,观察组 45 例应用社区护理干预与健康教育,观察并比较两组患者血糖改善情况、并发症发生情况及治疗依从率。结果观察组空腹和餐后 2h 的血糖水平、并发症发生率低于对照组，观察组患者定期监测血糖、饮食控制良好、按时用药、适当运动等依从率及生活质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对老年糖尿病患者应用社区护理干预与健康教育,对改善老年糖尿病患者血糖情况应用效果显著,有效降低并发症发生率, 提高其治疗依从性，具有较高的应用价值，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and explore the effect of community nursing intervention and health education on elderly patients with diabetes. Methods The elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (45 cases) used conventional nursing methods, and the observation group (45 cases) used community nursing intervention and health education. The improvement of blood glucose, complications and treatment compliance rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Result The fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The compliance rate and quality of life of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, including regular monitoring of blood glucose, good dietary control, timely medication, and appropriate exercise, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of community nursing intervention and health education to elderly patients with diabetes can significantly improve the blood sugar situation of elderly patients with diabetes, effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and improve their treatment compliance. It has high application value and is worth promoting and applying.
