Objective To explore the nursing effect of continuous care on the psychological quality and compliance behavior of patients with abnormal tumor markers in physical examination centers. Method Sixty patients with abnormal tumor markers in the physical examination center admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases, continuous care) and a control group (30 cases, routine care) using a number table method. The psychological quality and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared. Result Before nursing, there was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups (P>0.05); After nursing, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The compliance rate of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous care for patients with abnormal tumor markers in the physical examination center can effectively regulate their psychological quality and improve their compliance rate with medical treatment, which can be applied.
