Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of evidence-based nursing on the compliance of diabetic hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 80 diabetic hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects, and they were evenly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to random selection. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing based on the nursing of the control group. Results Both groups achieved certain results after routine nursing and evidence-based nursing. However, by observing patients compliance after receiving nursing care, satisfaction with nursing care and length of hospital stay, the compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the application of evidence-based nursing to the compliance of diabetic hemodialysis patients, it can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients, reduce the length of hospital stay of patients, improve the compliance of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients, which has high application value and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
