循证护理在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的应用效果

摘要	在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中采取循证护理干预，分析该护理的效果。方法抽取小儿哮喘患儿 64 例为本次研究对象，抽取时间段为 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间。通过采取随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行循证护理，每组 32 例。比较两组护理效果。结果症状消失时间比较，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。依从性比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。满意度比较实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论小儿哮喘雾化治疗中采取循证护理有助于缓解患儿的相关症状，提升其治疗依从性，同时可提高家长的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To adopt evidence-based nursing intervention in the nebulization treatment of pediatric asthma and analyze the effectiveness of this nursing intervention. Method 64 pediatric asthma patients were selected as the study subjects, with a sampling period from February 2021 to February 2022. By using a random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with the reference group receiving routine care and the experimental group receiving evidence-based care, with 32 cases in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result The time of symptom disappearance was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, the compliance was significantly higher (P<0.05). The satisfaction was significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting evidence-based nursing in the nebulization treatment of pediatric asthma can help alleviate the related symptoms of the child, improve treatment compliance, and improve parental satisfaction.
