健康体检中应用强化护理质量管理体系的临床价值及对减少错漏诊的影响

摘要	的探讨健康体检中应用强化护理质量管理体系的临床价值及对减少错漏诊的影响。方法本次研究对象选取选取 90 例于 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月我院进行健康体检的体检者，采用数字随机分配原则分两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用强化护理质量管理体系。对比两组护理质量评分、漏诊率、投诉率。结果观察组护理质量显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组漏诊率 2.22%（1/45）、投诉率 6.67%（3/45）显著低于对照组漏诊率 15.56%（7/45），投诉率 22.22%（10/45），漏诊率对比（χ2=11.966，p=0.001），投诉率对比（χ2=9.074，p=0.004）。结论在健康体检中，通过利用强化护理质量管理体系能够显著提高护理质量评分，降低漏诊率、投诉率，值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical value of applying a strengthened nursing quality management system in health examinations and its impact on reducing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Method In this study, 90 individuals who underwent physical examinations in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the principle of numerical random allocation. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received a strengthened nursing quality management system. Compare the nursing quality scores, missed diagnosis rates, and complaint rates between the two groups. Result The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The missed diagnosis rate of the observation group was 2.22% (1/45), and the complaint rate was 6.67% (3/45), which was significantly lower than the control groups missed diagnosis rate of 15.56% (7/45), and the complaint rate was 22.22% (10/45). The comparison of missed diagnosis rates(χ2=11.966, p=0.001）,comparison of complaint rates(χ2=9.074, p=0.004). Conclusion In health examinations, the use of a strengthened nursing quality management system can significantly improve nursing quality scores, reduce missed diagnosis rates and complaint rates, and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
