舒适护理在钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折患者护理中的应用

摘要	观察锁骨骨折患者在进行钢板内固定治疗过程中接受舒适护理干预的价值。方法选择 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 5 月本院进行钢板内固定手术治疗锁骨骨折患者 88 例为对象，数字表随机排序并均分对照组（44 例，进行常规护理）和观察组（44 例，进行舒适护理干预）。分析患者护理效果。结果对比两组肩关节功能评分，护理前无差异，护理后观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组术后生活质量、住院时间以及并发症情况，观察组生活质量高于对照组，住院时间、并发症发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论锁骨骨折患者在进行钢板内固定治疗过程中接受舒适护理，可以改善患者关节功能，提升术后生活质量，降低并发症发生率。
Abstract	Objective To observe the value of comfort nursing intervention in the treatment of Clavicle fracture with plate internal fixation. Methods From March 2022 to May 2023, 88 patients with Clavicle fracture who were treated by plate internal fixation in our hospital were selected as objects. The numerical table was randomly sorted and divided into the control group (44 cases, with routine care) and the observation group (44 cases, with comfort care intervention). Analyze the effectiveness of patient care. Results There was no difference in Shoulder joint function scores between the two groups before nursing, but after nursing, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the postoperative quality of life, hospital stay, and complications between the two groups, the observation group had a higher quality of life than the control group, while the hospital stay and incidence of complications were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with Clavicle fracture receiving comfort care during plate internal fixation can improve their joint function, improve their postoperative quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
