Objective To study the effect of whole process tracking holistic nursing on Psychological resilience and quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing immunotherapy. Method 80 patients who underwent lung cancer immunotherapy in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a computer random number list method, with 40 patients in each group. Finally, compare the nursing outcomes between the two groups. Results After comparison, the scores of Psychological resilience and quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the ordinary group, and the incidence of complications of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the ordinary group. All the data had significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole process follow-up holistic nursing care for lung cancer immune patients can effectively improve the patients Psychological resilience and quality of life, significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and is worth promoting.
