优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用

摘要	探析优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用价值。方法在我院妇产科就诊的患者中选取168例，时间：2022年2月~2023年2月，以随机原则分组，共计两组，干预时对照组（84例）选择常规干预，观察组（84例）选择优质护理，组间干预效果分析。结果经干预，观察组负性情绪评分均较对照组低，生活质量、护理质量、依从性、满意度较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论妇产科开展优质护理取得了确切疗效，利于患者负性情绪改善，睡眠质量、护理质量提升，满意度提高，可行。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 168 patients with gynecological diseases were selected from our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023. They were randomly divided into two groups. During the intervention, the control group (84 cases) chose routine intervention, the observation group (84 cases) chose high-quality nursing, and the effectiveness of inter-group intervention was analyzed. Results After intervention, the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life, nursing quality, compliance and satisfaction were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to carry out high-quality nursing in gynecology and obstetrics department, which has achieved definite curative effect, and is beneficial to the improvement of patients negative emotions, sleep quality, nursing quality, and satisfaction.
