细节护理应用于预防接种门诊护理中的效果

摘要	分析临床干预预防接种门诊护理过程中，予以细节护理的应用价值探究。方法本次研究共计纳入我院门诊进行预防接种的人群200例，参与分析，研究组时间为2022年1月开始，拟定临床分析计划，收集研究相关数据，直至2022年12月截止，将研究纳入患者以护理服务进行分组，研究组予以细节护理、对照组予以基础护理，每组100例，分析护理服务满意度、接种依从性、健康知识掌握，接种及时率。结果研究组护理服务满意度（98.00%）高于对照组服务满意度（91.00%）。研究组护理依从性（99.00%）比较对照组护理依从性（92.00%）更高，研究组健康知识掌握、接种及时率高于对照组健康知识掌握、接种及时率，临床对比存在统计学差异，（P<0.05）。结论临床预防接种门诊患者护理期间，予以细节护理，能够有效提高接种依从效果，以及服务满意度，提高健康知识掌握情况，值得临床广泛推荐使用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application value of detailed nursing in outpatient nursing of clinical intervention vaccination. Methods A total of 200 patients who were vaccinated in the outpatient department of our hospital participated in the analysis. The study group started in January 2022, drew up clinical analysis plans, and collected relevant research data until December 2022. The patients were divided into groups by nursing service, while the study group was given detailed nursing care, while the control group was given basic nursing care, with 100 patients in each group. The satisfaction of nursing service, vaccination compliance, health knowledge mastery and vaccination were analyzed. Results The satisfaction degree of nursing service in the study group (98.00%) was higher than that in the control group (91.00%). The nursing compliance of the study group (99.00%) was higher than that of the control group (92.00%). The rate of mastering health knowledge and timely inoculation in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference in clinical comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion During the nursing period of clinical vaccination outpatients, detailed nursing can effectively improve the vaccination compliance effect, service satisfaction and health knowledge, which is worthy of wide clinical recommendation.
