Objective To analyze the corresponding factors affecting breastfeeding in obstetrics and summarize the corresponding nursing measures. Methods The study period was from March 2021 to April 2022. 40 women with high compliance of breastfeeding in obstetrics (pure breastfeeding) were selected (control group), and 40 women with mixed or artificial feeding in the same period (observation group). Analyze the factors affecting breastfeeding. Results Compared with the control group, the mastery of breastfeeding knowledge, psychological factors, postpartum symptoms, and out-of-hospital medical support of the two groups were all influential factors. The corresponding indicators of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion There are many factors that affect the compliance of breastfeeding in obstetrics. In the process of obstetric nursing, effective intervention measures should be taken in time, and targeted intervention should be carried out in combination with the factors that affect breastfeeding to improve the success rate of breastfeeding.
