Objective To analyze the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with family participatory nursing in perioperative management of congenital rectal and anal malformations. Method A total of 76 children who underwent surgery for congenital rectal and anal malformations in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 38 patients in each group. Both groups received accelerated rehabilitation surgical care, and the study group added joint family participatory care on this basis. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to compare the postoperative pain status of the two groups of children, Collect and compare the incidence of complications during surgery between two groups of pediatric patients, and use a specially designed satisfaction survey questionnaire for this study to compare the nursing satisfaction of the families of the two groups of pediatric patients. Result The VAS scores of the study group at 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of incision infection, perianal stenosis, hypothermia, skin erosion, rectal prolapse, and abdominal infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction of the family members of the study group with nursing patient communication, specialized nursing, basic nursing, respect and support was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with family participation nursing mode in the perioperative management of congenital rectal and anal malformations can help alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the risk of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction. It has good clinical application value and is worth promoting.
