中医特色康复护理对脑梗死患者日常生活能力的影响

摘要	探讨对脑梗死（Cerebral Infarction，CI）患者采取中医特色康复护理对日常生活能力的影响。方法将 2022 年 3 月-2023 年 3 月接收的 68 例 CI 患者纳入研究，通过抽签方式分为一般组与试验组，每组 34 例。一般组进行一般护理，试验组进行中医特色康复护理，对比两组护理后的各项功能评分与满意情况。结果两组在接受护理后均取得了一定效果，但试验组在使用中医特色康复护理后，功能评分、生活质量评分和护理满意指数均优于一般组（P＜0.05）。结论在 CI 患者护理过程中，采用中医特色康复护理能取得较佳的效果，不仅对日常生活能力有积极影响，显著提升各项功能，同时患者主观满意指数更高。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the ability of daily living in patients with Cerebral Infarction (CI). Methods: 68 patients with CI received from March 2022 to March 2023 were included in this study and divided into general group and experimental group by lottery, with 34 cases in each group. The general group received general nursing, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing. The functional scores and satisfaction of the two groups after nursing were compared. Results: Both groups achieved certain effects after receiving nursing care, but the test group was better than the general group in function score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction index after using rehabilitation nursing with TCM characteristics (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing process of CI patients, rehabilitation nursing with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics can achieve better results, which not only has a positive impact on daily living ability, significantly improves various functions, but also has a higher subjective satisfaction index of patients.
