摘要	针对达芬奇机器人肾部分切除术治疗复杂性肾肿瘤患者的围手术期护理措施进行分析。方法选取 2020 年 12 月-2022 年 12 月期间在我院接受达芬奇机器人肾部分切除术治疗的 50 例复杂性肾肿瘤患者作为研究对象，采用抛币法分为对照组和研究组，各 25 例，对照组给予常规围手术护理，研究组强化围手术期护理干预，比较两组患者各项临床指标及并发症发生率。结果研究组首次下床活动时间、尿管拔除时间、术后住院时间、首次排便时间、首次排尿时间均比对照组更短（P＜0.05）；研究组恶心呕吐、腹胀、发热、出血、泌尿系统感染发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论加强达芬奇机器人肾部分切除术治疗复杂性肾肿瘤患者的围手术期护理干预，可有效改善患者各项临床指标，降低并发症发生风险，对患者促进康复有重要价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing measures for patients with complex renal tumors treated by Leonardos robot robot partial nephrectomy. Methods 50 patients with complex renal tumors who received Leonardos robot partial nephrectomy in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the research group by coin toss method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, and the research group was given intensive perioperative nursing intervention, and the clinical indicators and complication rate of the patients in the two groups were compared. Result The study group had shorter first time out of bed activity, catheter removal time, postoperative hospitalization time, first bowel movement time, and first urination time compared to the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention, fever, bleeding and urinary system infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the perioperative nursing intervention of Leonardos robot partial nephrectomy for patients with complex renal tumors can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients, reduce the risk of complications, and have important value for patients to promote rehabilitation.
