Objective To study the effect of homemade pocket book in hysteroscopic day surgery. Methods 50 patients undergoing hysteroscopic daytime surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected into 25 patients in control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine postoperative follow-up, and patients in the observation group used the continuation care intervention on the basis of the control group. The state anxiety value of the two groups (the day of discharge and the day of return visit), the mastery rate and satisfaction of self-nursing knowledge were compared. Results The postoperative anxiety status, the rate of self-care knowledge, and the satisfaction scores of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of self-made pocket books in the continuous care of patients with intrauterine daytime surgery can significantly improve patients cognition of postoperative nursing knowledge, reduce patients postoperative anxiety, and improve the satisfaction of clinical services, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
