25 例小儿眼睑内翻手术前后的护理

摘要	探讨分别对小儿眼睑内翻采取优质护理的影响效果。方法随机选取我院 2019 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间接收治疗小儿眼睑内翻患者（共 25 例），作为参考对象。根据数字随分法将其分为参照组和试验组，参照组 12 例，试验组 13 例，参照组采用常规护理模式，试验组采用优质护理干预，根据所得数据，对比两组患儿临床治疗效果、护理满意度、疼痛程度及睡眠质量评分。结果采用优质护理干预后，两组患儿临床治疗效果，试验组高于参照组，有统计意义（P<0.05）。试验组非常满意 9 例（64.29%），满意 3 例（28.57%），基本满意 1 例（7.14%），参照组非常满意 6 例（42.86%），满意 4 例（28.57%），基本满意 2 例（21.43%），不满意 1 例（7.14%），差异具有统计意义（P<0.05）。试验组患儿疼痛程度评分低于参照组，睡眠质量高于有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论针对眼睑内翻患儿采用优质护理干预后，可以提高患儿的临床治疗效果、护理满意度、以及睡眠质量，值得临床应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing on children with entropion. Method A total of 25 pediatric patients with entropion who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly selected as reference subjects. According to the digital scoring method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 12 cases in the reference group and 13 cases in the experimental group. The reference group used routine nursing mode, while the experimental group used high-quality nursing intervention. Based on the obtained data, the clinical treatment effect, nursing satisfaction, pain level, and sleep quality score of the two groups of children were compared. Results After using high-quality nursing intervention, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of children was higher in the experimental group than in the reference group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental group had 9 very satisfied cases (64.29%), 3 satisfied cases (28.57%), and 1 basically satisfied case (7.14%), while the reference group had 6 very satisfied cases (42.86%), 4 satisfied cases (28.57%), 2 basically satisfied cases (21.43%), and 1 dissatisfied case (7.14%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group, and the sleep quality was statistically significant higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Using high-quality nursing interventions for children with entropion can improve their clinical treatment effectiveness, nursing satisfaction, and sleep quality, and is worthy of clinical application.
