观察中医护理措施对肝癌患者行介入手术后临床治疗效果的影响

摘要	探讨中医护理措施对肝癌患者实施介入手术后临床效果。方法选取2021年3月~2022年5月我院收治的采用介入手术治疗的肝癌患者，随机分为两组，对照组45例采用常规护理措施，观察组45例采用中医护理措施，观察并对比两组患者护理效果。结果护理后观察组心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度均优于对照组，患者并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对原发性肝癌患者采用中医护理措施，有利于提高患者生活质量及护理满意度，有效改善不良情绪，减少并发症，其应用效果显著。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures on patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery. Methods Liver cancer patients treated by interventional surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in the control group were treated with conventional nursing measures, and 45 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the psychological state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures for primary liver cancer patients is conducive to improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, effectively improving adverse emotions, reducing complications, and its application effect is significant.
