摘要	探析乳腺癌患者执行综合护理策略的干预效用。方法 70例乳腺癌患者通过双盲法均分为两组，35例视为对照组，执行医嘱开展常规性的护理措施；另35例视为干预组，实施强化健康教育、心理护理、生活管理及出院指导等多方面的综合护理措施。比较两组护理成效。结果相较于对照组而言，干预组护理后的SAS、SDS评分显著下降，且在护理满意度、生活质量方面的表达更优，组间差异P<0.05。结论对乳腺癌患者施以综合护理的效用显著，值得推行。
Abstract	Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing strategy in patients with breast cancer. Methods 70 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups by double-blind method, 35 patients were treated as control group, and routine nursing measures were carried out according to doctors orders. The other 35 cases were treated as the intervention group, and comprehensive nursing measures such as strengthening health education, psychological nursing, life management and discharge guidance were implemented. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group after nursing were significantly decreased, and the expression of nursing satisfaction and quality of life was better, the difference between groups was P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for breast cancer patients is effective and worthy of implementation.
