Objective To study the clinical effect of intravenous therapy nursing group on continuous improvement of nursing quality of central venous catheter. Methods Seventy patients who received central venous catheter implantation in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected for a comparative trial. Before the trial, all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the former receiving routine nursing, the latter receiving intravenous therapy group nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Through the basic data analysis of the two groups of patients after nursing to understand the nursing effect of different nursing methods. Results Multiple studies showed that the success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was 2.85%, lower than 14.28%, and the incidence of nursing disputes was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of intravenous therapy nursing group can improve the quality of nursing care of intravenous catheter. When the quality of nursing is improved, medical disputes can be reduced from the increase of one-time puncture success rate and the decrease of complications. Therefore, it is worthy of application in clinical practice.
