| 摘要 |
研究肾结石患者经皮肾镜碎石取石术后常见并发症预防及护理效果。方法 选取我院2020年3月~2021年3月期间收治的肾结石患者60例，均接受经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组30例，研究组采取预防并发症护理，对照组采取常规护理，观察并比较两组患者的护理效果及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组的护理总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对肾结石患者采取预防并发症护理，能够减少并发症发生，利于患者恢复，护理效果较好。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the prevention and nursing effect of common complications after percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with renal calculi. Methods: 60 patients with renal calculi admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The study group was given preventive nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing. The nursing effect and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the prevention of complications in patients with renal calculi nursing, can reduce the incidence of complications, is conducive to the recovery of patients, nursing effect is good.
