Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous quality improvement in intravenous welling needle standard nursing, and to evaluate the success rate and satisfaction of indwelling needle puncture. Methods From May 2021 to May 2022, 68 patients with intravenous indwelling needles admitted to our hospital were selected as the objects of this study, and the patients were divided into 2 groups for nursing by random number drawing method. 34 patients were included into the control group with the application of routine care, while another 34 patients were included into the observation group with the implementation of continuous quality improvement standard nursing. Compare the success rate of indentation needle puncture, adverse reactions and satisfaction indicators, and analyze the difference of nursing effect of 2 groups. Results The puncture success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions of skin infection, phlebitis and tube blockage was significantly lower than that in the control group, (P <0.05); in addition, through the evaluation of the two groups, the observed group satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion For the nursing of patients with intravenous indwelling needle, the application of continuous quality improvement and standard nursing has the best effect, which is conducive to improving the success rate and satisfaction of patients with indwelling needle puncture, which is worth promoting.
