摘要
探讨分层级路径式带教对肾内科轮转实习护生护理知识与技能掌握水平的影响。方法 选择我院2020年-2022年的肾内科轮转实习护生,随机分组,采取分层级路径式教学,作为实验组。采取常规法教学,作为对照组。比较两组对带教工作的满意度、肾内科轮转实习中对理论知识的掌握度、肾内科轮转实习技能的考核评分。结果 实验组对带教工作的满意度高于对照组,肾内科轮转实习中对理论知识的掌握度、肾内科轮转实习技能的考核评分高于对照组,存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论 肾内科轮转实习护生实施分层级路径式带教效果确切,可提高肾内科轮转实习护生的护理知识与技能掌握水平和满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of hierarchical path-type teaching on the level of nursing knowledge and skills of nursing students in rotation practice of nephrology. Methods The rotating nursing students in the department of nephrology from 2020 to 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, and the hierarchical path teaching was adopted as the experimental group. The routine teaching method was used as the control group. Compare the two groups satisfaction with the teaching work, the mastery of theoretical knowledge in the rotation practice of nephrology, and the assessment score of the rotation practice skills of nephrology. Results The satisfaction of teaching in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the mastery of theoretical knowledge and the assessment score of rotating practice skills in nephrology were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of hierarchical path teaching for rotating nursing students in nephrology department is accurate, which can improve the mastery level and satisfaction of nursing knowledge and skills of rotating nursing students in nephrology department.
