Objective To analyze the application effect of early-warning scoring system nursing in elderly patients with fracture. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with fracture in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and reference group (30 cases). The experimental group received early warning scoring system nursing, and the reference group received routine nursing. The incidence of risk events and satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups. Results There was no lower limb venous thrombosis and fall in the experimental group, only 1 case of falling bed and 1 case of pressure sore each, and the risk event rate was 6.67%; in the reference group, there were 2 cases of falling bed and 3 cases of pressure sore each, and the risk event rate was 33.33%. The incidence of risk event in elderly fracture patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 96.67%, and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the reference group was 80.00%, and the total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early warning scoring system nursing in elderly patients with fracture has a good application effect, can effectively reduce various risk events, improve patient satisfaction.
