摘要	探讨规范化肠内营养护理在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2022年1月-2022年12月30例重症急性胰腺炎患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予肠外营养护理，观察组实施规范化肠内营养护理。比较两组各项指标恢复时间。结果淀粉酶恢复正常、腹痛缓解时间、排便恢复时间而言，观察组均短于对照组，P<0.05，有意义。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者实施规范化肠内营养护理效果确切，可缓解患者临床症状，值得推广和应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of standardized enteral nutrition nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 30 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given parenteral nutrition nursing, and the observation group was given standardized enteral nutrition nursing. The recovery time of each index in the two groups was compared. Results In terms of amylase recovery, abdominal pain relief time and defecation recovery time, the observation group was shorter than the control group (P<0.05), which was significant. Conclusion Standardized enteral nutrition nursing for patients with severe acute pancreatitis is effective and can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
