多元化教学方法在呼吸内科护理带教中的运用研究

摘要
探讨呼吸内科护理带教中运用多元化教学方法的效果。方法 以回顾性分析法,从我院2021年8月至2022年6月期间,于呼吸内科实习的护生,选取56名作为本项研究对象,以不同的带教模式将护生分成2组,每组各有28名,对照组护生接受传统教学模式,观察组护生应用多元化教学方法,展开2组护生的各项考试成绩、教学满意度评价等指标的比对,分析组间的差异。结果 观察组护生的护理理论知识、护理操作技术、护理查房、体征检查评分,相比对照组护生的各项考试成绩要明显更优,(P<0.05);此外,观察组护生对教学的满意度要比对照组护生显著更高,(P<0.05)。结论 对于呼吸内科护理带教中,运用多元化教学方法的效果最为理想,可有效提高呼吸内科临床带教质量,促进护生的学习成绩得以有效的提高,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of multiple teaching methods in respiratory nursing teaching. Methods By retrospective analysis, 56 nursing students practicing in respiratory medicine in our hospital from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. The nursing students were divided into 2 groups with different teaching modes, with 28 in each group. The nursing students in the control group received traditional teaching mode, while the nursing students in the observation group applied diversified teaching methods. The comparison of various examination scores, teaching satisfaction evaluation and other indicators of nursing students in the two groups was carried out to analyze the differences between the groups. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing students in the observation group were significantly better in the nursing theory knowledge, nursing operation technique, nursing rounds and physical signs examination scores (P < 0.05). In addition, the teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of diversified teaching methods is the most ideal for respiratory nursing teaching, which can effectively improve the quality of respiratory clinical teaching and promote the academic performance of nursing students. It is worth promoting.
