Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of microsurgical techniques in orthopedic trauma repair patients. Method A total of 86 orthopedic trauma patients admitted to our hospital during the study period from February 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into a control group of 43 cases using traditional treatment methods and an observation group of 43 cases using microsurgical techniques. Clinical indicators such as surgical time and dressing changes were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of postoperative complications was also compared between the two groups. Result The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical indicators such as surgical time, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group was also superior to the control group in the probability of postoperative complications, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Microsurgical techniques can shorten surgical time, reduce dressing changes, and reduce the incidence of complications.
