| 摘要 |
探讨优质护理干预对提升肺结核护理质量和依从性方面的效果；方法 选取我院2020年3月～2021年3月期间收治的肺结核患者80例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组患者各40例，研究组患者接受常规护理干预，对照组患者接受优质护理干预，观察并对比两组患者护理质量评分及依从性情况，结果 研究组患者护理质量情况显著优于对照组患者（P<0.05），研究组患者护理依从性情况显著优于对照组患者（P<0.05）；结论 给予肺结核患者优质护理效果较为显著且能够提升患者的护理质量，提高患者护理依从性，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on improving the quality and compliance of tuberculosis nursing; Methods: 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The study group received routine nursing intervention, while the control group received high-quality nursing intervention, Results: the nursing quality of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the nursing compliance of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion: the effect of high-quality nursing for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is significant, and it can improve the quality of nursing and nursing compliance of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
