Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of daily life nursing intervention on children with diabetes. Methods 30 children with diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 children in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received daily life nursing intervention. The blood glucose level, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared. Result The blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion The application of daily life nursing intervention in the treatment of children with diabetes has significant effect, which can effectively improve the blood sugar level of children, reduce the incidence of complications of children, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
