手术室泌尿科腹腔镜手术的护理问题与对策

摘要	分析手术室腹腔镜手术在泌尿科患者临床中存在的护理问题及需实行的护理对策。方法选用 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月在我院泌尿科行腹腔镜手术治疗的 87 例患者行常规护理，2022 年 2 月-2023 年 2 月的 86 例泌尿科行腹腔镜手术治疗并行优化护理，对比两组临床相关指标、术后并发症发生情况及满意度。结果优化护理组患者临床相关指标优于常规护理组，其并发症发生率与常规护理组相比较低，治疗满意度与常规护理组相比较高。结论针对泌尿科实行腹腔镜手术患者，护理人员应当采取对应措施，使患者术中安全得到保障，减少危险因素和护理风险，优化护理能够有效改善临床相关指标，应用价值高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the nursing problems and countermeasures of Laparoscopy in the operating room for patients in the urology department. Methods 87 patients who underwent Laparoscopy in the urology department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected for routine nursing, and 86 patients who underwent Laparoscopy in the urology department from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected for concurrent optimized nursing. Results The clinical related indicators, postoperative complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The optimized nursing group showed better clinical indicators than the conventional nursing group, with a lower incidence of complications and higher treatment satisfaction compared to the conventional nursing group. Conclusion For patients undergoing Laparoscopy in urology department, nursing staff should take corresponding measures to ensure the safety of patients during operation, reduce risk factors and nursing risks, and optimize nursing can effectively improve clinical related indicators with high application value.
