强化感染管理在感染科护理中的应用效果分析

摘要	分析强化感染管理在感染科护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院于 2021.04-2022.04 月还未开展强化感染管理的 42 例住院患者作为研究对象，设定为对照组；另选取我院于 2022.05-2023.05 月已开展强化感染管理的 42 例住院患者作为研究对象，设定为观察组。对两组护理质量进行对比分析。结果观察组采用强化感染管理后，其院感发生率、临床感染监测合格率、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在感染科护理中采用强化感染管理，可有效降低院感风险，提升临床消毒质量，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of strengthening infection management in infectious care. Method 42 hospitalized patients who had not yet undergone enhanced infection management in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects and set as the control group; Another 42 hospitalized patients who had undergone enhanced infection management in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects and set as the observation group. Compare and analyze the quality of care between the two groups. Result After adopting strengthened infection management, the incidence of hospital infection, qualified rate of clinical infection monitoring, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening infection management in infectious disease nursing can effectively reduce hospital infection risk, improve clinical disinfection quality, and improve nursing satisfaction.
