Objective The main purpose of this article is to explore the impact of pathway based nursing services on the physical examination results and satisfaction of health management centers. Method 100 subjects who underwent physical examinations at the Health Management Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 50 subjects in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received pathway based care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result The satisfaction level of nursing and the completion rate of physical examination items in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the nurse patient dispute rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Pathway nursing can improve the physical examination quality of the health management center, improve the nursing satisfaction of the examinees and reduce the rate of nurse patient disputes.
