综合护理干预对提高肾病综合征患者用药依从性的效果

摘要	探讨综合护理应用在肾病综合征患者护理中的效果。方法 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间收治 82 例肾病综合征患者，按照护理方法的差异分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常规护理，后者行综合护理，每组 41 例。比较两组护理效果。结果实验组焦虑、抑郁评分护理后低（P＜0.05）。实验组用药依从性高（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗有效率高（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率低（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理在肾病综合征患者护理中起到较好的护理效果，能够对其负面情绪予以缓解，提升其依从性，可促进治疗效果，减少并发症产生。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing application in the care of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Method From February 2021 to February 2022, 82 patients with nephrotic syndrome were admitted and divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the differences in nursing methods. The former received routine care, while the latter received comprehensive care, with 41 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result The anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group were low after nursing (P<0.05). The experimental group had high medication compliance (P<0.05). The experimental group had a high treatment effectiveness rate (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was low (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a good nursing effect in the care of patients with nephrotic syndrome, which can alleviate their negative emotions, improve their compliance, promote treatment effectiveness, and reduce complications.
