摘要	为预防脊柱骨折术后患者下肢疼痛和深静脉血栓形成采取综合康复护理，分析其带来的影响。方法从我院 2020-2022 年期间选取行手术治疗的 90 例脊柱骨折患者作为研究分析对象，按照护理方法不同，分配成观察组（45 例）和对照组（45 例）。观察组运用综合康复护理，对照组运用常规护理方法，对比两组效果。结果护理后，观察组患者下肢疼痛以及下肢深静脉血栓发生率较对照组低，P<0.05。结论采用综合康复护理模式对脊柱骨折术后有显著效果，有效减少术后下肢疼痛以及下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To take comprehensive rehabilitation nursing to prevent lower limb pain and deep vein thrombosis in patients with spinal fracture after operation, and analyze its impact. Methods From 2020 to 2022 in our hospital, 90 patients with spinal fracture who underwent surgical treatment were selected as the study objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). The observation group used comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, and the control group used conventional nursing methods to compare the effects of the two groups. Results After nursing, the incidence of lower limb pain and lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode has a significant effect on postoperative spinal fracture, effectively reducing the incidence of postoperative lower limb pain and lower limb deep vein thrombosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
