Abstract
Objective To analyze the specific effects and value of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative care of patients with prostate cancer. Method 80patients with prostate malignant tumors who were treated in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were divided into nursing groups. Among them,41patients who received routine perioperative care were used as the control group, and 39patients who received evidence-based care during the perioperative period were used as the observation group. Adverse symptoms occurred during the perioperative period in the two groups of patients were recorded and compared, and their compliance and satisfaction were compared. Results The incidence of adverse symptoms during the perioperative period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and their compliance was better than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with prostate malignant tumors during the perioperative period has excellent results, reduces adverse symptoms during the perioperative period, improves patient treatment and nursing compliance, and has high clinical application value.
