Objective To explore the effect of pressing needle combined with five tone therapy on hypertension in hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods 58 hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy were selected from February 2021 to February 2022, and were divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the random number table. The former received routine treatment, and the latter took press acupuncture combined with five tone therapy on the basis of the above, with 29 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result The comparison of treatment effectiveness showed that the experimental group showed a significantly higher rate (P<0.05). Comparative analysis of blood pressure indicators showed that the difference between the two groups before treatment was small (P>0.05), while the experimental group showed a significant decrease after treatment (P<0.05). Comparative analysis of sleep quality showed that there was a small difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), while the experimental group showed a significantly lower difference after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion In hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy, the combination of press acupuncture and five tone therapy can better improve their blood pressure indicators, improve their therapeutic effect, and improve their sleep quality.
