Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing mode in the nursing of children with diabetes neuropathy. Methods 30 children with diabetes neuropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.12 were selected, 15 children who received routine nursing intervention were the control group, and 15 children who received high-quality nursing intervention were the observation group. The blood glucose control level, length of stay in hospital and parents satisfaction after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Result The blood glucose control level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The parental satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing mode in the nursing of children with diabetes neuropathy has significant effect, which can effectively improve the level of blood sugar control of children, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve parents satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
