Objective To explore the effect of providing high-quality nursing intervention for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in neurosurgery. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 489, with a time range from January 2021 to January 2022, and the study lasted for one year. The patients were divided into group A and Group B according to the method of random balance, with 244 cases in group A and 245 cases in group B. Group B quality care, comparing the quality of life of the two groups of patients, as well as the level of patients blood pressure to determine the patients satisfaction with care. Results Patients in group B had better quality of life, better control of blood pressure level and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05), which was consistent with statistical study. Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing care for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients can improve the quality of life of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
