Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing applied in robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy on postoperative rehabilitation of patients. Methods A total of 36 patients who received robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group used conventional nursing mode, and the study group used rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode. After intervention, the time indicators, psychological status, and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The time of first eating, time of getting out of bed and time of hospitalization in the study group were earlier than those in the control group. The SAS score, SDS score and complication rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing takes patients as the center and focus of nursing work. Through high-quality preoperative and postoperative nursing, the psychological state of patients is optimized, their risks in surgery are greatly reduced, and the rehabilitation process after surgery is promoted.
